5. Shipping and Delivery

5.2 Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and are estimated only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers.

5.3 Shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process and added to the total order value.

5.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Scentuality will not be liable for any misdelivery or non-delivery due to inaccurate information.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate the return process.

6.2 To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

6.3 Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
